Believe it or not this is a blacklight poster printed/produced by the National Dept. of Health, Education, and Welfare/National Institute of Mental Health 1970! Its a fantastic psychedelic poster with a large question mark n a biomorphic form. The poster is decorated with the drug terms of the day like: Bennies, Dexies, Smack, H, and Horse. Then asks “Will they turn you on or will they turn on you”. A reference to Timothy Leary’s credo “Turn on and Tune out”!
